Narrative by slides: the story in the simplest possible form

Slime is feeling bored and mischievous today. He pretends that somebody took the toys but he hid them all. He knows it's going to bring the magic academy kids out to play! Using their magic English skills, Timmy and Ginny make their way through four exciting quests. Join Sophie, Duck Norris and the twins on this city-wide video game to get all the toys back.

Grammar: It's a, they are my (mine), your (yours), his (his), her (hers), their (theirs), our (ours) Vocabulary: video games, skates, action figures, bicycle, skateboard, modelling clay, stickers, slime, teddy bear

Slides 1-4: Welcome, lesson introduction and sound activation.

Slides 5-10: Story introduction (the toys are all gone and the characters must take part in 4 different video game quests around the city to find them).

Slides 11-16: Whizz Quiz - Ss to answer questions and have a discussion about games.

Slides 17-20: Skate Race - Ss to skate around the city on a virtual map using a colour-coded games control using 'It's a/They're' + possessive.

Slides 21-23: Whiteboard to Win - Ss have 30 seconds to draw a picture while the other Ss guess the answer using 'It's a/They're'.

Slides 24-28: Sticker Search - Matching activity using 'It's/They're' + possessive.

Slides 29-38: Mission completion, prizes, congratulations, lesson reflections and extension activities.
