Narrative by slides - the story in the simplest possible form:

Tom and Sophie visit Elf Town. When they get there, all the elves are sick, and they can't find a doctor. Professor Vroomus asks them to help the elves feel better. They find out what's wrong with the elves and find a magic book showing them how to make a health potion to help them feel better. They compete against a naughty goblin to win three games to get the ingredients they need.

Slides 1-4: Warm-up and sound activation

Slides 5-7: Story introduction - Tom and Sophie visit Elf Town, but all the elves are sick. Professor Vroomus asks them to help the elves get better.

Slide 8: Speaking slide - health

Slides 9-16: Vocab & grammar intro (should / shouldn't + advice; What's the matter? I hurt my... / I have a...; How do you feel? I feel... / I don't feel...) - Sophie and Tom speak to the elves about their health and give them advice on what to do.

Slides 17-28: Story cont. - Tom finds a magic book that has information on how to help the elves. When they try to get an ingredient, the little elf does magic and accidentally conjures a naughty goblin. The goblin will help Sophie and Tom if they play 3 games with him.

Slides 29-34: Game 1 - Should/shouldn't + advice; health vocab

Slide 35- Student-to-Student speaking slide

Slides 36-39: Game 2 - Health vocab questions (free talk & discussion)

Slides 40-46: Game 3 - Movement + body part vocab review (dance, stretch, shake, touch, move + body part)

Slides 47-57: Story wrap-up - Tom and Sophie get what they need from the goblin and help the elves become healthy again.
